Any tablet that is a Samsung Tab A 8.4" model release between 2020-2021 should update the tablets to this version to help with various location bugs that were affected since the hardware/software was changed compared to the 2018 Samsung Tab A 8.0" model. Dashboard

The Plants tab on the Dispatch widget can now be filtered by plant using the plant filter drop-down at the top of the new dashboard page.

When logging in as a user from a company using the free version of the new dashboard page, the Current Orders, Yards Ordered, and Truck Status widgets previously were not appearing. This has been fixed.

Website Version Number has been added to bottom of the main dashboard.

The button that switches between Dashboard layouts has been moved to the top of the dashboard.

  •          On-Demand Changes

·         Data calls have been removed from the hub and placed in their own controller, speeding up data returns for this section of the site.

o    If a user gets disconnected or reconnected, their new status will be updated live on Keystone Online.

  • On-Demand

o    Navigating to On-Demand by selecting an item in the Dashboard On-Demand Widget will result in the first column being populated with data as well as the results of your selection in column two.

o    Changing from one Customer Portal Service to another will route the customers to the correct portal after login. 

   Users can add their own customers if their business has Customer Portal.

o    In order to transfer an existing customer to Customer Portal v2, open the customer profile as if to edit in User Admin, and click "Submit".     

o      Customer Portal v2 is operated much the same way  On-Demand would be. 

o    If a customer is not given the ability to see Invoices or Batch Weights, neither of those items will appear in Customer Portal v2 .

·         On Demand Changes 

o    The loads in order details have changed appearance 

o    Active loads now sport an orange background, while the background for completed loads are green. As well as being green, completed loads have a checkbox icon in the bottom left 

o    Loads now show Qty Delivered which represents the quantity delivered up to the point of that load. 

o    Loads also show the Load Size which represents the qty from the first product item 

o    Loads have a number in the top left that indicates which load it was on that order. The loads are ordered by this load number 

o    Ticket Number is now shown on the load without having to expand to see the details 

o    Dates and times are now including a tool tip which can be viewed by hovering to further explain what those times represent. 

o    Projected time is displayed on each load. If the load has yet to arrive On Job, the time represents the estimated time of arrival (ETA) on job. If the load has arrived On Job, the time represents the ETA at plant. These have corresponding labels that also switch based on what is being displayed. After a load is complete it will no longer display a projected time or ETA. 

·         E-Ticketing 

  • The E-Ticketing page now displays the status of each e-ticket and which parts of the process have been completed. Look for the following status to be checked/unchecked during the e-ticketing process 
    • Driver updated : Driver has submitted an update (possibly with signature)
    • .PDF Created 
    • Posted to Keystone:
    • Emailed successfully
  • The last 30 days of E-Tickets (approximately) are store in Keystone Online
  • The ticket Server Notes column will be populated with messages to let you know of the following scenarios 
    • if a driver submits a driver update without a signature 
    • ‘No email receipt’ option selected 
    • E-Ticket was created automatically when vehicle returned to plant 
  • Clicking on the action button for a ticket will allow you to 
    • Create the e-ticket (only possible if e-ticket hasn’t been created yet) 
    • Post the e-ticket to Keystone 
    • Send an email with e-ticket information.  
      Note: 
      Email addresses input is required in the dialog before submitting the action. Any new email address from what’s on record will be added to the “Emailed To” column of the e-ticket.

o    All KPI tabs and KPI widgets display charts as expected on page load. 

o    Loads and Yards by Hour properly prints chart data when the first recorded batch hour starts at 12am.

o    Clicking on a sales person, returning to the sales person list, and clicking on a sales person will always result in seeing a customer list.

o    Yards Ordered Widget now displays the correct number of yards ordered for the business the user is signed into when it initially loads. 

o    In the Dispatch Overview Widget, the Yards Delivered and Orders now display the correct amounts for the business the user is signed into. 

o    The Map Widget will always successfully read Lat and Long GPS data if there is Lat and Long data to be read. 

·         Dashboard - On-Demand 

o    Clicking on a sales person who had customers registered under their name will always result in a list of their customers rather than requesting that a sales person be selected. 

o    A filtered list of customer orders will be returned in On-Demand if a sales person's customer is selected in the Dashboard On-Demand widget. 

·         Dashboard - Multi-Company 

o    When signed into a multi-company, if the user switches between companies, the data in the Yards Ordered Widget will update accordingly.

o    If a user switches between companies, their user profile will update to reflect the fact that they are now signed into a different company.

o    Vehicles/Driver entries with times outside of the search date range no longer appear on report

Summary:  Improved Zello integration, location service stability expanded, HERE Maps updated to 3.10.1, communication with API is now done via HTTPS, messaging bugs fixed, misc. crash and stability improvements.

Changes

Location Service

  • Stability and logic expanded for more reliable operation
  • Added “Restart location service” to App preferences
  • When no network connectivity is detected, location validation and update methods are skipped. This prevents the restarting of the location service when no network is available and stop numerous “Restarting location service messages…” from appearing.
    • The actual service is not restarted. It unsubscribes, tears down it’s listeners, and then runs its initialization methods again
  • Added “Time interval” preference
    • Sets the time span between location requests
    • Only used when the Location update method is set to Time interval.
    • Defaults to 15 secs
  • Restart criteria changed to 2 minutes
  • Modified stop and restart procedure if location validation restart criteria are met

Map

Summary: Max Stop report added*. Clicking on a Max Stop notification will take you to this report. KPI data now uses Delivery Sales and Ad Mix Sales to calculate financial data*. Material Required now displays a cumulative chart with data from all plants and a plant filter has been added to the Material Required KPI page.

New Features

Dashboard

  • Actual Sales By Month and Material Required widgets now have a new "i" icon. Hovering over it will reveal a tool tip informing the viewer that "All Chart items can be toggled by clicking on the item name at the top of the chart".

Material Required

  •  Material Required now displays a summary chart representing the cumulative data of all plants.
  •  The widget on the dashboard will show the summary chart initially in the same fashion the other KPI charts do.

KPI Material Required

  • Plants and their respective table can now be filtered out

Delivery & Admix Add-Ons in KPI Data *

  • If a user is only interested in seeing concrete sales, they can turn these off via check boxes inside of widgets that display sales information.

Max Stop Report*

  • A new report that allows users to search for trucks that were in Max Stop status that displays how long they were in that status and where on the map they were.
  • Users can filter the results by entering a number of minutes and the report will only show vehicles that exceeded that time in the max stop status.

Summary: While this build contains many bug fixes and memory optimizations, the biggest feature this version gives us is the tie-in it has with Google Fabric. This will be great deal of help locating and trouble shooting problems in the app from this point forward.

  • HERE maps updated to 3.10.0 
  • On app startup an app that is registered will automatically refresh the business settings
  • LeakCanary added for Debug builds. Helps locate and log Memory Leaks.
    1. A message will appear when the heap is being dumped and checked by LeakCanary. The associated report can be found in the app named “Leaks”.
  • The App Settings ‘Disable Bulk Status’ now loads with other business settings. (Previously this loaded only when registering).
  • Multi-company users see dialog letting them know they must select a company before logging in. This appears after the Login Activity safety disclaimer. It displays under the following 2 conditions. 
    1. Registration of tablet
    2. An attempt to log in without selecting a company

  • Data caching added for most frequently made calls. Caches are shared by all business users and should greatly increase speed of gathering data.

  • Vehicles will show a globe icon in the vehicle list to display their messaging availability. Green is online and Red is offline.
  • Messages can now be sent to multiple vehicles at once. Select by vehicle or Order # in the drop down in the map messaging panel.

  • Shows time between Clock-In and Clock-Out events.
